Please fill out and submit the Consultation Form prior your appointment. This is required before your visit.

 

It is very important to let your esthetician know in advance of your scheduled appointment of any allergies, sensitivities or other medical conditions you are experiencing, as well as any products you are currently using, as this may impact treatment recommendations.

Please avoid waxing, laser, aggressive exfoliation, and products containing vitamin A (tretinoin, retinoids, retinol), Benzoyl Peroxide, topical acids or anything that can sensitize the skin, for at least 72 hours prior to and after your treatment.

If you have to shave your face, please do it the night prior your facial. Do not shave the day of your facial.
